Travelers can plan with an AI safari guide, then send a single request to several tour operators at once

African Travel Center, the online marketplace connecting travelers with African tour operators, has launched two tools that take the guesswork and repetition out of planning a safari: a multi-operator inquiry basket and Moran, an AI travel assistant.

Planning an African trip has usually meant researching destinations alone, then writing to each operator separately, repeating the same details and waiting on several replies. African Travel Center's new tools are designed to shorten that process from the first idea to the first quote.

Moran is the AI travel assistant that helps travelers decide where to go. It greets visitors in the style of an experienced safari guide and starts with a simple question: where are you dreaming of going, and when? Travelers can ask Moran things like which safari suits first-timers, how Kenya compares with Tanzania, what to expect from gorilla trekking in Rwanda, or which safaris work for families. Moran works in 10 languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese and Swahili, so travelers can plan in the language they are most comfortable with. Moran also has a mode for tour operators, so businesses listed on the marketplace can use it too.

Once a traveler has a shortlist, the new inquiry basket does the rest. Visitors browsing the operator directory press Add to inquiry on any operator, up to 10 in total, and fill in one form with travel dates, group size, destination, budget and notes. The request is delivered to each selected operator as its own lead. Each operator replies directly to the traveler by email, and the traveler receives a confirmation copy of the inquiry.

Here is how it works:
1. Ask Moran for destination and trip ideas, or browse the operator directory.
2. Press Add to inquiry on up to 10 operators.
3. Complete one form with dates, group size, destination, budget and notes.
4. Each operator replies directly to the traveler, who also gets a confirmation email.

For travelers, the result is less repetition and an easier way to compare quotes while staying in control of which operators they contact. For operators, requests arrive complete and ready to answer, and appear in their own leads dashboard.

African Travel Center lists more than 1,600 tour operators across Africa, along with tours, guides and other travel services.
