Jennifer Hadley Photography has opened two small-group wildlife photography departures in Central India for April 2027, giving photographers and nature enthusiasts the choice of a 12-day journey through Kanha and Bandhavgarh or an eight-day Bandhavgarh-focused safari, with two guests per jeep, extended park access and hands-on photography guidance.

NORTH CAROLINA, USA, 5 August 2026, Jennifer Hadley Photography has announced two Tiger Trails wildlife photography departures in Central India for April 2027, offering photographers and wildlife enthusiasts a choice between a longer two-park itinerary and a shorter journey focused on a single national park.

Both departures are limited to between two and eight guests, with only two travellers allocated to each safari jeep. The smaller vehicle allocation provides additional room for cameras and longer lenses while giving guests greater freedom of movement and clearer shooting positions during wildlife encounters.

The first departure will run from 1–12 April 2027. The 12-day itinerary combines Kanha and Bandhavgarh National Parks, allowing guests to photograph wildlife across two distinct Central Indian landscapes. Kanha is characterised by sal and bamboo forests, open meadows and lakes. Bandhavgarh combines forests, rocky hills, grasslands and waterholes. Together, the parks are home to Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs, Indian gaur, spotted deer, elephants and varied birdlife. The second departure will run from 14–21 April 2027. The eight-day itinerary focuses exclusively on Bandhavgarh National Park and is designed for travellers who want to experience India’s tiger country but have less time available for the journey.

Both Tiger Trails itineraries include morning and afternoon safari drives, photography and editing assistance, and a dedicated full-day safari pass. The pass allows the group to enter the park before general access, remain in the field during the middle of the day and leave after the standard safari period.

Experienced local naturalist guides support wildlife observation throughout the journey, while Jennifer Hadley provides practical photography guidance for guests with different levels of experience. The tours are also open to nature enthusiasts and non-photographer companions. Guests may join as solo travellers, couples or friends and do not need to be professional photographers to participate.

A previous guest who travelled with his photographer wife, said the experience with jennifer Hadley extended beyond photography. “I would highly recommend these trips to any ‘non’ photographer looking to travel with their spouse, friend, or just by themself to get out and experience some of the most breathtaking places in the world.”

Both itineraries begin in New Delhi, where guests spend their first night at a hotel near the airport. They then fly internally to Jabalpur before continuing to the national parks by private vehicle. The tour price includes accommodation, meals, internal flights within India, the Delhi hotel stay, airport collection on arrival, private ground transfers, drinks and photography guidance. The longer itinerary also includes the transfer between Kanha and Bandhavgarh.
International flights to and from India and laundry are not included. Single-occupancy options are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

For African photographers and wildlife travellers familiar with photographing species such as lions, leopards and elephants, the Tiger Trails itineraries introduce a different photographic environment. India’s forest landscapes, changing light and elusive wildlife require patience, careful positioning and the ability to respond quickly when an animal moves into view.
Travellers can review the itineraries, download the tour brochures and submit an enquiry through the Jennifer Hadley Photography website. Current availability and booking conditions should be confirmed directly before travel arrangements are made.
