SHARE launches SHARE Rewards and partners with The Burnout Clinic to introduce a series of new workshops

October 2026 – Marking twelve months since it launched, SHARE, the dedicated sustainable wellness B2B platform for travel advisors, is continuing to grow its community and expand its offering, with SHARE Rewards at the heart of its latest developments.
SHARE Rewards is a new initiative designed to support travel advisors in wellness travel, rewarding engagement across learning, connecting, booking and sharing. More than a traditional loyalty programme, advisors can unlock benefits, make new industry connections and receive exclusive opportunities as they become more involved with the SHARE community.
With 30 hotels and 700 travel advisors now signed up, SHARE is building on its first year with an expanding programme of initiatives designed to support advisors and strengthen relationships with hotel partners.
Education remains a key part of the offering, with SHARE introducing a new series of online workshops covering topics relevant to today’s traveller. Burnout has become a common problem in the workplace and recognising this, Founder of SHARE, Ernestina Bertarini, has joined forces with Duncan So, Founder of The Burnout Clinic, to explore the issue of burnout and the role wellness and travel can play in supporting clients.
Across four workshops, Duncan will cover the fundamentals of burnout recovery, how wellbeing can play its part and how advisors can identify and support clients while staying within their professional scope. Duncan will help advisors become better listeners, ask more meaningful questions and recognise how different wellness experiences can support different client needs, whilst also helping advisors recognise burnout in themselves.
With further initiatives planned for the coming months, including the SHARE Inner Circle, an exclusive, invitation-only collective of just 20 senior wellness travel advisors, SHARE is continuing to develop its platform and create new ways for advisors and hotels to connect, learn and engage.

The new series of workshops will be open to existing SHARE members, while also providing an opportunity for new advisors to discover the benefits of being part of the network.

- The Business of It – 4 February 2027
